Problem: Poor data orchestration and reporting processes leading to high refresh times, delays in reporting and inefficiencies.
Solution: Built unified data pipelines and flows with incremental updates and introduced a Medallion architecture in Fabric to improve data quality and reporting performance.
Result: Reduction in data refresh times from 6 hours to less than 1 hour and an improvement in reporting, enabling faster insights and decision-making.
Problem: Limited visibility into how supply chain and manufacturing processes actually ran at factory level, making it hard to pinpoint where delays, rework and bottlenecks were occurring.
Solution: Applied process intelligence to event data from production and supply chain systems, reconstructing the real end-to-end process flows and analysing variants, cycle times and deviations from the intended process.
Result: Uncovered the root causes of process inefficiencies and gave operations teams a clear, data-driven view of where to focus improvement efforts across the factory.
Problem: No single view of profit and loss margins across the retail store network, making it difficult to compare store performance or understand how margins varied by location.
Solution: Designed and built a Power BI report with a geographic hierarchy, allowing users to analyse profit and loss margins for every store and drill from a national view down through region, state, city and suburb to individual locations.
Result: A single source of truth for store profitability, enabling leadership and regional managers to identify high- and low-margin stores and act on performance at every level of the business.
Problem: An on-premise Tableau Server environment needed to move to Tableau Cloud without losing any content, access controls or the personalised views users relied on day to day.
Solution: Built an automated migration using Tableau's Python REST API SDK to move all content to Tableau Cloud: users and groups, permissions, reports and dashboards, and saved user views.
Result: A complete, repeatable migration to Tableau Cloud with users, permissions and saved views intact, so people could pick up where they left off.
Problem: Core data held in Oracle needed to move into Salesforce Education Cloud, where the source tables and fields did not line up with Salesforce's object model.
Solution: Mapped Oracle tables and fields to their Salesforce Education Cloud target objects and built the migration in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), with validation at each stage to reconcile source and target data.
Result: Data landed in Salesforce Education Cloud mapped to the right objects and checked against the source, using a mapping and validation approach that applies to any source-to-target migration.
